Consideration of recommendations to the Cabinet from the Local Environmental Management Advisory Board of 23 November 2010. A supplementary report, submitted to the Cabinet meeting on 12 January 2011, gave details of a proposed change in the stray dog redemption fee.
The Cabinet resolved that the recommendations of the Local Environmental Management Advisory Board, as amended, be approved as follows:
The scale of charges for condemned food certificates, exported food certificates, stray dog redemption fees, contaminated land monitoring, household bulky refuse collection and rats and mice be approved with effect from 1 April 2011 as detailed in the report and supplementary report.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Local Environmental Management Advisory Board of 23 November 2010 and the supplementary report to Cabinet.
